HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.20824 of 2016 O R D E R:- Counsel appearing for petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have laid access road and for the present, the same is functional and operational.
After perusing the orders dated 09.06.2016 and 15.06.2016, I am satisfied, writ petition can be disposed of by this order:
(a) The interim order granted on 27.06.2016 is directed to be continued for a period of four (04) months from today.
(b) The petitioners can inform respondent Nos.1 to 3, the present state of affairs including the developments undertaken by the petitioners.
(c) The 2nd respondent causes physical inspection on the representation of petitioners, forwards a report to 1st respondent for taking a decision within the time granted by this Court.
Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
