HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.409 OF 2018 ORDER:

The application of the defendants for referring the suit promissory note to a hand writing expert to determine the age of the signature having been rejected by the trial Court, the defendants have come up with the above revision petition.

2. Heard Smt. Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The issue raised by the petitioners is already covered by a decision rendered by me in Polana Jawaharlal Nehru vs. Maddirala Prabhakar Reddy1. Therefore, dismissal of the application by the trial Court cannot be found fault with. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed
