Pending the quash petition to allow the appeal proceedings in Crl.A.No.56 of 2017, on the file of the IV-Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy by compounding, which is out of conviction judgment in C.C.No.74 of 2010, on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, out of Cr.No.210 of 2009 of P.S.Pahadishareef for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420 and 493 IPC, a memo also filed to that effect. The de facto complainant and accused present in seeking to compound by allowing the appeal saying they drowned the differences through elders and in the name of minor daughter of them by name Munawara Sanubar for Rs.50,000/- i.e., Rs.10,000/- each to the Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, bonds bearing Nos.825000062824 to 825000062828 obtained and handed over and accepted, thereby the criminal petition is allowed allowing Crl.A.No.56 of 2017 supra by setting aside the trial Court's conviction judgment and the accused is acquitted and bail bonds cancelled.
