O R D E R

Apprehending that official respondents may change the entries in the revenue records and dispossess him from the subject property at the instance of unofficial respondent No.7, without following due process of law, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that there is inter se dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.7, and that the petitioner is trying to involve the official respondents in the said dispute to settle his scores, and that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension.

Since the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension, the same cannot be entertained, and accordingly dismissed.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
