O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that he made number of representations and the latest was one was made on 04.01.2020 to the 4th respondent for showing the correct extent of subject land owned by him in the on-line records, and as the said representations were not considered, he filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court in identical set of facts and circumstances in W.P.No.16709 of 2018 dated 02.05.2018 directed the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner therein based on material supplied by him and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that similar order may be passed in the present writ petition.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel and the order passed by this court in W.P.No.16709 of 2019 dated 02.05.2019, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Kandi Mandal, Sangareddy District, to examine the claim of the petitioner with reference to reflection of correct extent of land in the on-line records, based on the material supplied him, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
