When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 24.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.1893 of 2018. A perusal of the said order reflects that similarly situated person approached this Court by way of filing the said writ petition and this Court closed the same with the following order: "At this stage, since the challenge is to the Notice dated 26.12.2017, Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file his objections, which shall be considered in the light of the order of this Court, dated 05.01.2017, in W.P.Nos.22815, 22828, 22829 of 2009 (K. Satyarnayana and others vs.

A.P.

cooperative Tribunal, Visakahapatnam and others). The Observations made in the present Writ Petition shall not be considered as expressing any opinion or conferring any right on the authority-2nd respondent with respect to the petitioner in any manner. "

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also closed in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the order in W.P.No.1893 of 2018 to this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
