HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2502 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Eturu Nagaram Mandal, Jaya Shankar Bhupalpally District, is not taking action upon her application dated 07.04.2018, whereby she sought a survey of the land admeasuring Acs.2.00 guntas in Survey No.117/159 of Papkapuram Village, Eturu Nagaram Mandal, Jaya Shankar Bhupalpally District, and fixation of boundaries therein. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner made an online application in the prescribed format along with the requisite fee and was promised that necessary action would be taken within 45 working days. This application seems to have been made as long back as on 07.4.2018, but the revenue authorities seem to be somnolent even till date. It is not open to the revenue authorities to receive an application submitted as per the due procedure and take no action thereon.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Eturu Nagaram Mandal, Jaya Shankar Bhupalpally District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 07.4.2018 and cause a survey of the subject land after giving due notice to all the affected parties and thereupon take up fixation of boundaries. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
