THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2109 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP).

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein would make necessary application before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sattenapalli-fifth respondent herein and the same may be directed to be considered strictly in accordance with law. Having regard to the nature of controversy, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner to make necessary application before the fifth respondent, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and, if any such application is filed within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law, within three months thereafter.
