The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were interfering in her civil disputes relating to the agricultural land in Sy.Nos.319/1C1 and 319/1C3

of Pamidi Village and Mandal, Ananthapur District. Even at the initial stage of hearing of this case on 12.09.2011, the learned Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that no complaint had been received from the fourth respondent against the petitioner and that the police authorities were not calling the petitioner, let alone interfering with her civil disputes. The matter was adjourned to enable the learned Government Pleader to file a counter.

No counter-affidavit has however been filed till date. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the police authorities reiterates that the police authorities are not interfering with the petitioner's civil disputes or interfering with her life and liberty as no criminal case has been registered against her. Taking the stand of the police authorities, as stated above, on record, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
