HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.35338 of 2014 & C.C.No.34 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in issuing the charge sheet and keeping the petitioner under suspension vide order dated 12.11.2014, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court vide order dated 20.11.2014 suspended the impugned order dated 12.11.2014. Alleging non-implementation of the order dated 20.11.2014, the petitioner filed C.C.No.34 of 2015. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case as well as in the writ petition. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case and the Writ Petition are dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
