The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in using coercive methods to evict the petitioners from the schedule property, i.e. open land admeasuring 1089.4 square yards in Survey Nos.198 and 199 situated at Yapral Village under Malkajgiri Circle, Alwal Mandal, GHMC, Malkajgiri District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 07.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, while denying the allegation made by the petitioners that on 28.01.2020, the petitioners approached respondent 3 to take action, submits that the petitioners never approached respondent 3, nor given any petition. By the said written instructions, the allegation of the petitioners, that respondents 5 and 6 along with respondent 4 came to the schedule property on 02.02.2020 and tried to dispossess the petitioners from their property, is denied. It is submitted that respondent 3 or other official respondents never went to the property of the petitioners, nor tried to dispossess the petitioners from their property. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the official respondents, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
