B Kodanda Ramaiah v. State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI W.P. No. 2127 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The record reveals that on the last four consecutive days, the matter was adjourned at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
