I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by the petitioners/ appellants to permit them to withdraw the Appeal Suit and to direct the learned XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, to dispose of O.S.No.613 of 2018 pending on its file, on merits.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, A.S.No.164 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that O.S.No.613 of pending on the file of XV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, is required to be disposed of on merits. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
