Reiterating the written instructions, dated 05.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal City, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) that on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, police have registered a case in Crime No.39 of 2018 on the file of Hanamkonda Police Station under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 I.P.C. and taken up the investigation.

The said statement is recorded and the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
