THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3873 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 21.06.2012 in C.M.A. No.2 of 2012 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Nirmal, whereby the learned Senior Civil Judge allowed the CMA while setting aside the order dated 19.01.2010, in I.A. No.240 of 2009 in O.S. No.52 of 2009, passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Bhainsa.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was decreed with costs on 24.10.2016 and hence the cause in the revision petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
