This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 04.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.638 of 2016 in C.O.R.No.156 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kollapur.

Sri Shaik Jilani, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to approach the competent authority. Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
