HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO SECOND APPEAL No.876 of 1999 JUDGMENT:

Though the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal', today when the matter is called there is no representation for appellants.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents would submit that parties have not been responding to their letters though this Court has been posting the matter periodically and insisting them to get ready as this is an old matter of the year 1999 and they expressed their helplessness in this regard in not proceeding with the arguments. It appears parties are no more interested in prosecuting the appeal. In these Circumstances, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
