THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3944 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.158 of 2015 on the file of XVI Special Magistrate, Erramanjil, Hyderabad, against the petitioner/accused for the offences under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the trial has been commenced, the matter has been decided in the trial Court and therefore there is no cause survives in this criminal petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
