Sri P. Harinath Guptha, learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and the seniority list was prepared and notified vide Memo Roc.No.E7/5718/2009, dated 07.05.2012.

In as much as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
