ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "..to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not sanctioning and extending the arrears of Revised Pay Scales w.e.f. 1993 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.24 dated 11.07.2008 and judgment in W.P.No.4139 of 2010 dated 02.09.2011 of this Hon'ble Court as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and direct the respondents to sanction and extend the arrears of Revised Pay Scales w.e.f 1993 to the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.24, dated 11.07.2008 and judgment in W.P.No.4139 of 2010 dated 02.09.2011 of this Hon'ble Court".

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the 5th respondent on 22.01.2015, but no orders have been passed thereon and the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law by fixing a time frame.
3. This Court finds the said request as reasonable. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter and the entitlement of the petitioner herein, directing the 5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 22.01.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in
this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
