Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to resubmit I.A.S.R.No.11159 of 2018 before the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, within one week from today explaining how the said I.A. was maintainable.

Granting liberty as sought, this Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cots.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
