CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.16755 of 2006 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside various orders mentioned in the prayer passed by respondent Nos.1 to 6.

At the hearing, Mr.Srinivas Bobbili, learned counsel representing Mr.K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that his client died during the pendency of this writ petition and that his legal representatives are not brought on record.

With the death of the sole petitioner, the Writ Petition stands abated and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as such. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 07.09.2006, as extended on 25.01.2007, in W.P.M.P.No.20990 of 2006 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos. 20990, 20991 and 22469 of 2006 stand dismissed as infructuous.
