THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2095 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed declaring the Award dated 04.06.2015 in Arb/Dispute No.743 of 2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and issuance of recovery certificate as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the said Award. Admittedly, the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the Award dated 04.06.2015 in Arb/Dispute No.743 of 2014 and same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
