It is represented by Smt.G.Neeraja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 12.06.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6100 of 2008, and the same is not disputed by the respondents. In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 12.06.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.6100 of 2008. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
