The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.01.2020 for taking necessary action against the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.123 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020, against the 4th respondent. 4.

In view of the above, since the grievance of the petitioner as to registration of the complaint stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
