HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13342 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.2 to 5 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.178 of 2015 on the file of Keesara Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 22(c ), 28, 29 and 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found manufacturing Methamphetamine illegally.

From the material on record, it is apparent that the quantity of Methamphetamine seized in the instant case is the commercial quantity. The investigation is yet to be completed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
