When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Standing counsel that the impugned notice issued to the petitioner would be withdrawn and a fresh notice would be issued in accordance with law.

In view of the above undertaking given by the learned Standing counsel, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved and no further cause would survive in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
