Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, dated 20.07.2011, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. This, however, shall not preclude the petitioner from taking appropriate remedy, if there is interference with the lawful activities of the Society.
