HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 03.05.2012.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuant to the interim orders of this Court dated 22.06.2012, petitioner is reinstated into service and is being continued. He further states that allegations leveled against the petitioner relates to false caste certificate and enquiry is pending before the District Collector.

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is already continuing in service, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, regularization of period of suspension shall be subject to finalization of the enquiry regarding caste certificate.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
