The Government Of India v. K.K Sinha,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1417 of 2012 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) This writ appeal was adjourned on several occasions so far. On 06.04.2015, when it was called out, at the request of some Advocate holding for Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, we passed over the matter as a last chance. Today, once again, similar request is made, to which learned counsel for the respondents has strongly objected to. When we asked Mr. K.L.N.Raghavendra Reddy, learned Advocate holding for Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, whether he is ready to go on with the matter, he expressed his inability.
Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE,J __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:07.04.2015
