THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1673 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and as the investigation is in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 3 to the effect that the petitioners are aged persons, the Police of Veldurthy Police Station, Kurnool District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
