29.10.2025 RY, J The II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Medchal addressed a letter to the Registry seeking extension of time for disposal of O.S.No.204 of 2022 (old O.S.No.16 of 2018), which is pending on its file.

It is submitted that this Court vide order dated 01.07.2022 disposed of C.R.P.No.126 of 2022 directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit within a period of four months. Thereafter, the respondents-plaintiffs filed petition under Order XVIII Rule 17 of CPC to reopen and to recall the evidence of PW1 and the same was allowed. Later, the petitioners-defendants filed two petitions under Section 151 CPC and Section 45 of the Evidence Act seeking to re-open the suit for sending the admitted and disputed documents to FSL for comparison and the same were allowed and the documents were sent to CFSL, Hyderabad. After receipt of the opinion, the matter was posted for arguments. Due to heavy pendency of cases, the order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

In the circumstances stated, time is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the direction given by this Court.
