ORDER

This writ petition was filed to consider the representation dated 26.5.2006 of the petitioners for payment of compensation in respect of the lands of respondents 3 to 55, which were acquired under the Land Acquisition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent development of payment of compensation by respondents 3 to 55 to the petitioners, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
