I.A.No.2 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the court name in the order dated 11.02.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.900 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to lack of communication between the arguing counsel and instructing counsel the error occurred in the name of Court, as such the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in the order dated 11.02.2026 in para 7(i) is replaced with "Principal District and Sessions Judge at Warangal".

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
