THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR and THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.1698 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK, J) Smt. T. Vidya Rani, learned standing counsel for the respondent bank, states that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the loan account of the petitioner was settled under a One Time Settlement.

Sri Parsa Ananth Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not contradict this.

That being so, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Interim order dated 27.01.2016 shall stand vacated.
