This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.21 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Maddur Police Station, Siddipet District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
