ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation submitted to the respondents.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation submitted to the respondents. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
