ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the written objections, date d 19.Ol .2025 submitted by the petitioner, seeking to stop the mutation of the names of the unofficial respondents in respect of the Iand admeasuring Acs.13.06 guntas situated in various survey numbers of Kamepally Viltage and Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the respondent authorities have considered the objections and issued Memo in Rc.No.B/37312021, dated 23.01 .2025. 3.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the Mcmo, dated 23.01.2025 and as iL is stated that the written objections submitted by the petitioner has already considered, is of the opinion that no orders need to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. 4.
