This writ petition is filed alleging that salary for the period from 15-01-2014 to 17-05-2016 is not paid to the petitioner though the petitioner was under sick leave. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for respondents produced the proceedings of competent authority bearing Ref.No.MMR/SK/ W15/2017/381, dated 27-01-2017 wherein responding to the request made by the petitioner on 28-11-2016 he was informed that he is not entitled to payment of salary as claimed by him for the period mentioned above. Since a decision is already made rejecting the request of the petitioner, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he shall have to work out his remedies as available under law. Since the said order is not under challenge, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out the remedies available to him, if so advised, against the decision communicated vide proceedings bearing Ref.No.MMR/SK/W15/2017/381, dated 27-01-2017. There
