Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 02.

This writ petition is filed alleging that though cognizable crime was reported on 14-01-2019 against respondent Nos 4 and 5, so far crime is not registered.

Learned Government Pleader based on written instructions submits that crime was registered on 08-02-2019 in Cr.No.33 of 2019 in Hanamkonda Police Station. Since already crime is registered, cause in the writ petition does not survive.
