HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 4475 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 10.07.2015, passed the following interim order:- "In view of the above facts and circumstance, the balance of convenience does lie in favour of the applicants. Therefore, pending further orders, the respondents are directed to consider the cases of the applicants for promotion to the post of School Assistants/LFL Headmaster in the ensuing counselling scheduled to be held from 10.07.2015 onwards and pass appropriate orders."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 10.07.2015, the petitioner got promoted and no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
