Heard Mr. S.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS).

2. The petitioner complaints against the action of the respondents in evaluating and contemplating to pay the compensation to the petitioner's house in an extent of 120 sq. yards with two slabbed houses as agricultural lands instead of residential accommodation, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 20.03.2012, this court passed the following order: "It is directed that the respondents shall not demolish the structures in premises bearing Nos.21-1 and 21-2 in Survey No.259/1A of Parvatipuram, Vizianagaram District, unless compensation is paid."

4. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions dated 23.07.2016, submits that the respondents paid compensation through Demand Draft No.807539 dated 14.10.2013 and on 05.11.2013, the petitioner received the compensation without protest. The submission of the Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.
