Smt. P.Sunita learned counsel representing Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that she has instructions from their clients to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating all the relevant facts, and, therefore, she seeks permission for the same.

Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
