HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.6706 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in deducting the income tax and withholding interest on solatium and additional market value, as arbitrary and a consequential direction was sought to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to deposit the balance amounts as per Government sanction letter dated 10.01.2005 in Lr.No.46105/ TAK/ AEE/ 5/ 99 of the Chief Engineer (R&B), Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

2. Today, when the matter is called, Mr. N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, represented that whatever amounts due to the petitioners are received by them and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
