This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order of this Court, dt.8.2.2016 in W.P. No.3748 of 2016. At the hearing, Mr. Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to file a fresh contempt case against the Sarpanch and the Members of the Appellate Committee of respondent No.3 - Gram Panchayat in the writ petition.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty in terms of the prayer made.
