THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2045 of 2005 O R D E R:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had taken notice to the petitioner, but has not received any response. He further submits that the respondent Bank had informed him that the petitioner is no more.

In the light of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. However, in the event of any cause survives, the petitioner may approach the Court, and the closure of this Criminal Revision Case shall not be construed as a bar in the facts of the present case.
