HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1168 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A7 seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2017 of Woman PS, Sangareddy District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 494 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 16.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 14.02.2017 before Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sangareddy and CC is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR No.16 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) learned counsel for petitioner is present.
