HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Civil Revision Petition No.3944 of 2010 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner Sri T.V.S.Prabhakar Rao, submits that the main case i.e, O.P.No.736 of 2009 itself was disposed of by the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam on 01.10.2015 and therefore, the cause in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive.

In view of the said submission, this C.R.P is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed.
