The petitioner and the 2nd respondent, along with their respective counsel, are present.

I.A.No.3 of 2019 is filed to permit them to record compromise in M.C.No.07 of 2018, on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably and entered into kula divorce-cum-settlement. I.A.No.2 of 2019, filed by Gulam Samdani, father of the petitioner, to permit him to represent his son, the petitioner, as his General Power of Attorney, is allowed. Original GPA is filed in Crl.P.No.694 of 2019, which is disposed of today. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.3 of 2019 to record compromise is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in M.C.No.07 of 2018, on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.
