This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.14.03.2018 in IA.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.6029 of 2018.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that pursuant to the above said order, petitioners have been paid minimum of timescale attached to the post of Sweeper/Last Grade Service in the State Government by the respondents.

In this view of the matter, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
